Support Payments How do I obtain an invoice on behalf of my company?

How can we help?

To obtain an invoice you need to access your account from our payment vendor, 2checkout:

  1. Insert your 2checkout Order No. or the email that you used in the purchase flow
  2. You will receive a login link on your email.
  3. Check the Order History section.

Extra Info: If you are ordering on behalf of a company, the invoice will be sent automatically to the billing email address provided during the order placement process. For each completed order, a payment receipt will also be automatically sent to the billing email address provided.

If you still cannot get the invoice please send us a message with your case through our Support system.
